Update

I am now in the process of writing a full diary of my cycle ride and I will start to publish the dialogue shortly. I will also publish over 300 photographs of the trip.

Thanks to Mick Stretton for your message. I will include the picture that was taken of us in due course. Thanks also to Will Blight, who I saw last week, continuing his journey around the coast of Britain, visiting every lifeboat station in the UK to raise money for the RNLI.

I have finally completed my own fund raising for the Great North Air Ambulance Service, having raised £3,250! Thanks to everyone who sponsored me, with special thanks to my brother, Trevor, who raised a fantastic £1,000 with his friends and colleagues in Essex.
